How to Activate
This page explains how to activate or reactivate your Phantom Secure monitoring plan after installation.
1. Install your device
Once your Phantom Secure device has been connected and secured in the vehicle, go to the Products page or click here.
2. Choose your plan
Find the product you own and select the correct option:
Activate / Reactivate Monthly Plan
Activate / Reactivate Yearly Plan
3. Complete payment
You will be redirected to the secure payment page.
Please have your Device ID ready, as it is required to activate your monitoring plan correctly.
During payment, please enter:
your email address
your Device ID
in the required fields.
4. Activation process
Once payment has been completed successfully, your monitoring plan will be activated or reactivated automatically.
Please allow up to 12 hours for the activation process to complete.
5. Login details
If you are activating a new device for the first time, your login details and temporary password will be sent automatically to the email address provided during payment.
If your device has already been activated before and you are simply reactivating your monitoring plan, your existing login details will remain unchanged.
Once you have received your login details, you can log in to the platform and your device should appear on the map ready for live vehicle monitoring.
