Phantom MINI / RELAY is designed for customers who want a straightforward DIY solution, while Phantom TRACK, Phantom IMMO, Phantom PREMIUM and Phantom VIP are supplied as professionally installed systems.
Phantom MINI / RELAY is designed for simple self-installation.
The device only requires a permanent 12V or 24v power supply and ground connection in order to operate. Once installed and activated with a valid live monitoring plan, the system will appear online and begin providing real-time tracking and movement alerts.
After placing your order, the device will be shipped directly to you for self-installation.
This option is suitable for customers who are comfortable carrying out a basic two-wire installation themselves.
Phantom TRACK, Phantom IMMO, Phantom PREMIUM and Phantom VIP are supplied as professionally installed systems.
After your order has been placed, one of our authorised installers will contact you using the email address or phone number provided during checkout. This will usually happen on the same day or the next working day in order to arrange the nearest suitable installation appointment.
Professional installation ensures the system is fitted discreetly, configured correctly and ready for reliable day-to-day use.
A live monitoring plan is required to activate and maintain tracking services.
For self-installed systems, the plan must be activated in order for the device to come online and begin transmitting live data.
For professionally installed systems, the plan must be active on the day of installation so the device can be fully configured, activated and brought online during fitting.
Without an active plan, live tracking services will not be available.
